Day one: Pick up and Transfer to Volcanoes national park

Day Two: Morning gorilla trekking and Visiting twin lakes

Start your day with a cup of tea/coffee, then drive to volcanoes national park headquarters to join your colleagues for an early morning apretrekking briefing and document verification. The park rangers will take you through the dos and don’ts of tracking before accompanying you to the Jungle where you will follow these gentle creatures right from the point they were last seen.

Tracking these apes can last from 1-6 hours’, depending on how fast the group moves and also how far the primates have moved, plus one hour for you to watch over these relatives play, feed, pose for the photos and many more.
