Safari in Details

Day 1: Pickup, city tour

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable N/Park

Our Driver guide will come and pick you up after your delicious cup of coffee for an amazing 5-6 hours’ drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park, home to half of the world’s endangered mountain Gorillas, and located in the western part of Uganda.

You will have an en-route stopover at the equator for lunch as well as to witness a confirmatory demonstration of where the line passes. It is an experience that can only be seen in thirteen countries in the whole world.

After lunch and photography, proceed with the amazing journey, while watching the beautiful slanting plains of the Virunga ranges, green plantations, and the locals moving on with their daily activities.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking and Batwa Village tour

On this day, you will join other members at the sector headquarters for a pre-trekking briefing as soon as you are done enjoying a cup of tea. This briefing commences at 8:00 am by the park rangers who tell you the dos and don’ts while in the Jungle, verify you’re tracking documents and assign you a gorilla family to track.

Thereafter, the park rangers will accompany you to the Jungle in quest for these creatures right from the place they were last spotted and then you follow the unspoiled path with a good selection of primates, birds, and rare tree species.

Upon tracing for the gentle apes for approximately 2-6 hours, one more hour will be given to you to take photos as you closely watch their rare Behaviors.

After tracking, you will return for lunch, and some refreshment at the lodge before heading to the Batwa community, to enjoy a two-hour experience with them, visiting the ancient caves, listening to the stories of these forest occupants, seeing their local hunting tools and enjoying the local songs.

Dinner and overnight will be the ideal way of ending this day.

Day 4: Return to Entebbe and Transfer to Arusha

Start your day with a cup of coffee, and then join your driver for a scenic interactive drive to Entebbe international airport, where you will get a flight to Arusha, northern Tanzania for an extraordinary experience at Serengeti national park the following day.

Arrival will be after one to two hours of Departure when you will proceed to your accommodation at Arusha Town

Day 5: Drive to Serengeti National park for an evening game drive

At dawn, you will enjoy a yummy breakfast, before having a briefing by our company representative who will welcome you to Tanzania, East Africa’s largest country, with very hospitable people and a good amount of flora and fauna.

You will be told accepted behaviors in the country as well as what you should expect at Serengeti national park. After briefing, commence with a 4-5 hours’ drive to Serengeti national park, with some stopovers and eventual arrival in the afternoon for late lunch and refreshment at the lodge.

After, you will head for an evening 3-4 hours’ game drive through the guidance of a knowledgeable park ranger, with hopes of finding the different mammals going to rest after a long tiresome day, whereas the night hunters head to the battlefield. These can include the Hippos, Hyenas, Lions, and Leopards among others.

Day 6: Morning Game drive and encounter with the Masai People

After gulping the first meal of the day, you will join your tour guide to the wile on a 4-wheel drive, aiming at spotting not only the cats (lions, cheetahs or Leopards) bring down their meals, but also the antelopes, elephants, zebras, wildebeest and more grazing in the open savannah grass. Other additions to the viewing list include the different bird and plant species at the park.

After the 4-5 hours’ game drive experience, you will return to the lodge for lunch before heading to the Masai community to witness the thrilling performances of the Masai Natives, who are herdsmen, yet offer an unauthentic cultural experience to all visitors.

Day 7: Nature walk and Departure

After breakfast, you will have a two hour guided nature walk, which gives you a chance of having physical fitness as well as drawing more closely to nature.

Thereafter, return to the lodge and check out for a drive to Kilimanjaro international airport for your flight to the next destination.
